I am a die hard Sailormoon fan even though many said it was kind of childish anime XD

So few months ago a DA artist name Cabaret del Diavolo has done this live comparison for Sailormoon characters. Some are good and I like it .

I found a site that has links to download the complete series of Saiunkoku Monogatari.

I have not personally check the links yet but I hope the volume 18 they attached is the one I am looking for.
